We are Research and Public Service Professionals working to advance research and public service programs. We formed a union to gain a greater say over decisions that affect our jobs.
We are a group of over 7,000 staff across all UC campuses. Many of us engage in data collection and analysis; others focus on research and public service program administration including project coordination and grant management. Most work in research centers and institutes, while others work in labs and academic departments. Check the FAQ to see if your job code is included in our bargaining unit.
